For UHC Day, an international consortium of NGOs is launching a new tracking tool aiming at unpacking Development Assistance for Health (DAH)

of the top four European donors
Which donor is reaching the recommendation of allocating 0.1% of GNI to Global Health? What are the priority countries? Which health SDGs are the most financed? Who is using loans to support the health sector in developing countries? Is the donor providing more funding to civil society organisations, the public sector or public-private partnerships in the recipient countries?

This tracking tool is designed for advocates and citizen to hold their governments to account and offers an alternative overview of the DAH data. It is meant to trigger discussions on ways to improve the accuracy of ODA for health.

It will be updated and improved regularly.
